This package is perfect for the couple who doesn’t have the time to be their own full-time wedding planner, but wish to have a professional planner there to advise and assist every step of the way. Someone who is equipped to make their wedding day dreams come true, hand in hand.
Before the Wedding:
-Introductory meeting with Bride & Groom
-Once contract is signed, you can call or email me as often as you need.
– Pre-Detail meeting: Four hour planning meeting to create a very detailed list of every aspect you want to include in your wedding day to help you get organized with your planning and have a detailed to do list. Monthly check in phone meetings to follow up with your to do list.
-Full access to our collaborative online wedding planning tool to help keep track of the planning process.
-Assist sourcing local professional wedding vendors to meet your needs, offer personal recommendations, attend meetings if necessary and review contracts if needed.
-Once venue is chosen, I will do a venue walk through with you to create a floor plan and schematic for all your amazing ideas.
-Details Meeting: Final meeting to go over all the lists and items for your wedding. To work through the day and create a timeline of events and prepare all your vendors for the day.
-Place rental order and help manage payment due dates.
-I will contact all your vendors four to six weeks prior to your wedding day to confirm all the details you have made and make sure they are ready to please you. Including but not limited to; Officiant, Caterer, Rental Company, Cake/Dessert vendor, Florist, Photographer/Videographer, Transportation Company, Entertainment Company.
-Email your timeline to all those involved, informing them of their role and when they will be needed on your big day! Vendors, family members and wedding party, ect
-I will assist at the wedding rehearsal with couple and officiant.
-Receive all items for the Wedding Day
-Go over any last-minute changes and details
At the Wedding:
-10 hours put into your wedding day, including an assistant
-Day of contact person for all vendors, welcoming them, assisting setup and answering any questions
-Assist in placement of items needed for your ceremony and reception including but not limited to; guest book, programs, escort cards, ceremony items.
-Timeline and flow manager, Coordinator and assistant will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly, according to your timeline
-I will help your wedding party and guests with any questions or needs that arise
-I will make sure everyone gets down that aisle in a timely fashion with everything they need and then back from the altar in proper fashion
-I will coordinate with the DJ on all timeline items to make sure we are keeping on track, yet be flexible enough to accommodate any changes you make or have.
-I will hand out all the final payments and tips to your vendors so you can drive away into the sunset with your betrothed and not worry about those last-minute details
-Lastly, I will clean up after you, collecting all your personal items and making sure they get to where you want them to go
